Pachacútec Fundation begins the Cooking career in 2007 in partnership and under the sponsorship of Gastón Acurio, the greatest promoter and ambassador of Peruvian cuisine and one of the most influential chefs in the world.

Thanks to the generous input provided by Cencosud Corporation (Wong and Metro), students have top quality ingredients to develop their practical classes.

Our infrastructure, designed under the concept of participatory workshop, has the most complete equipment, where the best chefs of Acurio Restaurants as well as recognized professionals in the field, develop in students the skills required by the demanding labor market.

At the end of the training, the most outstanding students are awarded internships in the best restaurants in the world thanks to our alliances with BBVA Banco Continental, Celler de Can Roca, Nanka Family, Gastón Acurio, LATAM, Karlos Arguiñano, Peru LNG and Telefónica del Perú .
