Peru lives in an unequaled gastronomic boom based on the enormous biodiversity of inputs it has and the cultural fusion it has lived throughout its history. However, one of the main challenges is to match the quality of service with the quality of food.
Pending the evolution of the sector and meeting this need, Pachacútec Fundation with the support of the Gastón Acurio and Telefónica Alliance “Together to transform”, Acurio Restaurants and Fundación Backus, opened the specialty of Restaurant and Bar Service. To date, this specialty, it is sponsored by DIAGEO and Telefónica del Perú.
Our infrastructure, designed under the concept of participatory workshop, has the most complete equipment, as well as leading professionals in the field.
At the end of the specialty, the most outstanding students are awarded internships with all the expenses covered in the best restaurants in the world thanks to the contribution of Diageo, Gastón Acurio, Telefónica del Perú and Backus.
