SOCIAL SERVICES
LUNCHES
We must understand gastronomy as a plural and collective activity capable of making a change. With this motivation, CONVIDA was born, as a dining room and a restaurant and school in the district of Pachacútec. CONVIDA in spanish can mean invite, as someone who invites to lunch. CON VIDA is also a game name that stands for “with live” , as giving live to others.
The CONVIDA restaurant started to operate in April 2019 as an initiative of the Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio and the Spanish chef Karlos Arguiñano with the help of the Guipuzkoa Council.
CONVIDA is a learning space for the culinary students of the Pachacutec Foundation.
The residents of Pachacutec receive in the beautiful and comfortable CONVIDA facilities an exclusive and exceptional food and service all provided by the students and at social prices.
Since March 2020, affordable lunches in the CONVIDA restaurant are being enjoyed from 12:30 – 14:00.
