First lady visited Pachacútec Foundation in Ventanilla
The first lady of the Nation, Maribel Díaz Cabello, visited on June 12, 2019 the educational campus of the Pachacútec Foundation, an organization that provides quality education and comprehensive human training, based on a joint effort between the Church, the State, business, civil society and international cooperation.
Accompanied by Monsignor José Luís of the Pérez Medel Palace, Bishop of Callao and President of the Pachacútec Foundation, Mrs. María Teresa Bomboi Mingarro, Vice President of the Pachacútec Foundation, as well as Mr. Javier Vega de Seoane, President of the DKV Integralia Group and strategic ally From the Foundation, the first lady of the Nation visited the Luisa Astrain School, an educational center of the Pachacútec Foundation that has high reading comprehension rates and serves nearly 500 students. In addition, he toured the Education Center
Productive Technician (CETPRO) that offers short courses to an average of 300 young people and parents looking to train in areas of high demand in the market and generate income for their families. Finally, he visited the Institute of professional technical careers that offers its more than 600 students the specialties of business administration, cooking and industrial electrical engineering. It should be noted that throughout the visit, a delegation of representatives of important companies accompanied the tour.
Likewise, he learned about the work carried out by the DKV Integralia Group, through the Konecta company, with the teaching of the Contact Center course offered at the Pachacútec Campus, through which it is offered to young people, some with disabilities and / or in Vulnerability situation, the possibility of developing and generating short-term income in companies of the call center category.
During the tour, the educator Maribel Díaz highlighted the important work carried out by the Pachacútec Foundation and its strategic partners, a fact that is reflected in the high rates of labor insertion of its graduates and in the internship opportunities that its students and graduates have, in Peru and abroad.
The Pachacútec Foundation has managed to improve the quality of life of almost 50,000 people, among students and their families, thanks to the educational services it offers such as school, short specialties and technical professional careers.
